Itinerary
Day 1
- 6:00 am - Departure from CDMX
- 11:00 am - Arrival in Tlachichuca, Puebla
- 11:30 am - Boarding of 4x4 trucks
- 2:00 pm - Arrival at Piedra Grande refuge
- 4:00 pm - Explanation and delivery of equipment
- 4:30 pm - Acclimatization hike
- 6:00 pm - Light dinner
- 7:00 pm - Rest
Day 2
- 12:00 am - Wake up and prepare for ascent
- 1:00 am - Start of ascent
- 10:00 am - Latest time to reach the summit
- 2:30 pm - Return to Piedra Grande refuge
- 5:00 pm - Arrival in Tlachichuca
- 10:00 pm - Arrival in CDMX
