What should you bring?
- Three layers of thermal clothing
- Sleeping bag
- Sleeping pad
- Three layers of gloves
- Two layers of thermal socks
- Hat for the cold and cap for the sun
- Sunscreen
- UV protection sunglasses (mandatory)
- High mountain boots
- Backpack of approximately 45 liters
- Two liters for hydration (water, electrolytes)
- Snacks for consumption during the ascent
- Headlamp

Itinerary
Day 1
- 7:00 - Departure from CDMX
- 10:00 - Arrival at La Joyita (camp)
- 12:00 - Acclimatization hike
- 15:00 - Explanation and distribution of equipment
- 17:00 - Light dinner
- 18:00 - Rest
Day 2
- 00:00 - Wake up and prepare for ascent
- 1:00 - Start of ascent
- 10:00 - Maximum time to reach the summit
- 14:30 - Return to La Joyita
- 20:00 - Arrival in CDMX
