The best coaching experience with horses

Horses are emotional mirrors and identify the state of individuals and teams. In this activity, participants work with a herd of free horses, performing floor dynamics with the horses (no riding involved) based on what the team needs to work on. The dynamics are pre-designed to adapt to the team's needs. Certified for this activity in Barcelona, Spain. As the human herd integrates, the horses will approach until forming a single herd.

Itinerary

1. Start of the experience: 10 AM at Hípico in Salazar
2. Main activity: Warm-up, integration, and teamwork activities, at the equestrian center with a spectacular view, and specialized coaches to help the team become a high-performance team
3. Conclusion: UNIQUE experience where participants will work on communication, teamwork, integration, and have fun! Feedback is given after each activity.
