Sunrise Kayaking Tour in Xochimilco

Immerse yourself in the magic of Xochimilco with our kayaking tour, starting at 5 am. We offer single and double kayaks upon reservation.
Enjoy sunrise and sunset tours, navigating the canals while appreciating the native and migratory flora and fauna of the region. Our guide will share fascinating stories about the local culture and natural surroundings.
We will arrive at the Tezhuilo lagoon to witness the sunrise, on a journey of approximately 3 km.
After the kayaking activity, we will enjoy a delicious hot pot coffee, amaranth bread from Tulyehualco, and quesadillas.
This activity is suitable for everyone, from beginners to experienced kayakers. We provide all the necessary equipment: kayaks, paddles, and life jackets, with a guide for every 10 participants.
What is included?
Package 1: ($600): 3-hour kayak tour + Full breakfast + Stay in the hammock garden + Campfire
Package 2: ($400): 3-hour kayak tour
Both packages include the necessary equipment for the experience.
Additional Information
- Wear quick-drying clothing, as it is likely that you will get wet during the kayak tour.
- It is recommended to bring a change of clothes, dress warmly, and include a hat and gloves.
- It is important to get a good night's sleep before the tour and avoid arriving hungover, drunk, or under the influence of drugs.
- We have a closed parking lot, with a cost of $100 pesos per car.

- Remember that the sunrise view is a natural phenomenon beyond our control.
- It is very important to arrive on time at the meeting point at 5 a.m.
Itinerary
- Arrival at the parking lot at 5 am
- Walk to the departure point for the canoes, which will take us to where we will embark on the kayaks.
- Start of the experience and tour of the canals around 5:30 am
- Arrival at the Tezhuilo lagoon to see the sunrise
- Row back to the embarkation point for breakfast around 8 am
- Return to the meeting point between 9 am and 10 am
