We will share with you their beliefs, rites, and legends that guided their lives during that time, giving the utmost importance to nature. We will trek along a beautiful river to reach our goal, "The Ancestors' Waterfall," a perfect representation of the gifts of nature that ancient pre-Hispanics sought through their rituals and offerings to the gods.

Before the excursion

• Drink plenty of water the day before
• Have a carb-rich dinner
• Arrive well-rested
• Avoid alcoholic beverages 24 hours prior
• Have a good breakfast on the day of the excursion (light on the stomach)

For the excursion

• Hiking boots (previously worn, with large tread pattern)
• Thick long socks, preferably wool
• Comfortable pants for walking, warm
• Nylon or synthetic fiber shirt
• Thick jacket
• Raincoat
• Warm hat
• Sunblock, minimum SPF 30
• Sunglasses with UV protection
• Gloves

For the return

• Towel
• Complete change of clothes (shirt, pants, underwear, socks)
• Sneakers or sandals
• Sweatshirt or jacket

1. Departure from meeting point: 7:00 AM
2. Arrival at the park and start of the hike: 8:30 AM
3. Arrival at the waterfall: 11:00 AM
4. Return hike and departure to CDMX: 1:00 PM
