Additional Information

• To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we recommend bringing:
  • Proper footwear: hiking boots or sports shoes with non-slip soles or good grip
  • Water and small snacks like seeds or fruit
  • A practical backpack to carry your belongings
  • Camera. The use of drones is not recommended as the local fauna may knock them down
  • Have your power bank ready so your phone doesn't run out of battery and you can take photos during the tour
  • Dress in comfortable, layered clothing to adapt to weather conditions. Here is an example:

• Remember that there is no signal in the mountains, so make sure to notify your family that you will be rappelling in Los Dinamos to avoid worrying them during the tour
• We recommend bringing a change of dry clothes in case of rain that you can leave in your vehicle or in a sealed plastic bag to change into at the end
• Have breakfast before arriving; the effort of climbing is not extreme but requires you to be energized

Itinerary

• 8:30 am Arrival at Los Dinamos
• 9:00 am Workshop on the use of safety tools and proper footwear. Location with compass and map
• 9:25 am Warm-up, box lunch distribution. Begin ascent to the mountain
• 10:00 am Arrival at the via ferrata area, equipment installation. Additional instructions, begin ascent
• 10:30 am Installation of ropes and equipment for rappelling and camping for breakfast. Begin unlimited ascents and descents
• 12:30 pm Dismantling and descent from the mountain
• 2:15 pm End of the tour

Is there an age limit to participate? Yes, the activity is suitable for people aged 12 and up. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

What happens if the weather is not favorable on the day of the activity? In case of adverse weather conditions that endanger safety, we reserve the right to reschedule the activity for another date or issue a full refund.

What does the food package include? The food package includes a box lunch breakfast with a sandwich, energy bar, fruit, cereal, chips, yogurt, juice, hot coffee ☕️, and cookies. We also offer a glass of wine and tequila at heights. We assure you will have enough energy to enjoy the activity.

How can I purchase medical insurance? The one-day medical insurance costs $112 MXN (including VAT) and must be paid and registered up to 48 hours before the excursion. This insurance provides the following coverage:

• In case of accidental death as a result of an accident suffered by the insured and within ninety (90) calendar days following the date of the same, the Company will pay the designated beneficiaries or, in their absence, the insured's legal succession, the sum of $100,000 MXN.
• Additionally, if as a direct result of a covered accident and within ten (10) days following the occurrence of the same, the insured needs to undergo medical treatment, surgical intervention, hospitalization, use of ambulance, medications, or laboratory and cabinet studies up to the Usual, Reasonable, and Customary Expense, the Company will reimburse up to $75,000 MXN of the Covered Medical Expenses, upon proof.
