• The appointment is approximately before the sunrise.
• You will paddle a kayak while the sky lights up and the birds wake up.
• We will arrive at a lagoon just in time to see the sunrise.

At XochiKayak we value your time and ours, so we ask you to read our cancellation policy carefully before making your reservation:

✅ Booking Confirmation

• All reservations are confirmed only with prior deposit or full payment.

• Once the reservation is made, the quota and the service are considered committed.

❌ Cancellations

• Cancellations and refunds are not accepted once the reservation is confirmed.

• In case of not attending on the agreed day and time ("absence without prior notice"), the reservation is automatically lost and it will not be possible to reschedule or request a refund.

🔁 Rescheduling

• Rescheduling can be made at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability and a single occasion.

• Changes within 48 hours are not allowed.

🌧️ By weather conditions

• In case of extreme rain or conditions that put safety at risk, XochiKayak reserves the right to reschedule the activity at no extra cost for a new date.
