Of course, life jackets are provided during the activity and our staff is always attentive to the group
What happens if the cell phone or personal object is dropped?
Unfortunately we do not have coverage for loss of personal belongings
What happens if I am late?
Sunrise does not wait, punctuality is very important out of respect for other visitors and in case of arriving after the tolerance time provided (15 min) attention can NO longer be provided.
Can anyone do the activity?
Yes, physical condition is not required but a great availability to perform the activity
Can I contract any day of the week?
Yes, we are available 365 days a year at the time that best suits your needs
Can I hold any event?
Yes, you can come to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, dating and/or marriage proposals, solter@ parties, etc. We have several packages to cater to your needs.
What if it is raining on the day of my tour?
For safety it will be validated at the time of arrival, if conditions allow it we leave for a tour otherwise it is rescheduled for another date, there is NO refund or refund of advance.
