Through a guided tasting, you will get to know different varieties such as espadín, tobalá, madrecuixe and Mexican. You will identifytheir notes, aromas and personalities, and you will choose your favorites to design a balanced blend that is completely yours.

4. Creating Your Custom Assembly

5. Bottling and souvenir

• You'll bottle your mix
• You will design a creative label
