Hands-on: Experience an Italian Chef [Private Group]

Have a unique gastronomic experience, where you can learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch, with an Italian chef who will share a little piece of Italian culture and sauces that are not found in the market.
It is a meeting where you will find all the elements to learn how to make pasta dough including bowls, machines to "pull" the dough, raw materials, caps and aprons.
We start with kneading and making Fettuccine... while they also taste cheeses, sausages... accompanied by bottles of red wine and finishing the preparation of the pasta, they sit at their table and dine on an original Italian sauce "amatriciana" (diced Italian tomatoes, pecorino Romano cheese, a little spicy peperoncino and guanciale/smoked bacon) prepared by me. At the end you can also taste a pastry cream dessert (the original Italian) with chocolate and vanilla cookies.
