Neapolitan Pizza Workshop

Become a chef for a day or better yet a Pizzaiolo! In our workshops, you will learn the art of making pizza from scratch, with a sensory experience of smells and flavors. Discover the techniques, tips, and secrets directly from a chef to create a finished dish ready to eat in an outdoor setting, away from noise and pollution, focusing on enjoying this experience.

Throughout the workshop, the chef and his team will guide you step by step to achieve a spectacular pizza. The workshop lasts about 3 hours and includes a private space to work, all necessary supplies, instruments and equipment, a digital recipe book, and an apron that we will provide for the entire experience. You will share a charcuterie and cheese board, accompanied by a glass of wine or beer to enjoy the entire process. At the end, we will have a picnic-style table set up to savor your creations. All you need to bring is a lot of energy and a good attitude to achieve a delicious result.
