HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN FIT IN A HOT AIR BALLOON?
The basket and sail of the hot air balloon are designed for different weight capacities.
We have more than 10 hot air balloons that can carry from 2 passengers (plus the pilot) to a group of 14 travelers, supporting more than a ton of weight, approximately 1,100 kg.
Whether you want to come with your group of friends, work colleagues, or on an excursion, there will certainly be room for everyone!

IS IT SAFE?
Completely safe. Certified pilots and registered hot air balloons are the key to a safe hot air balloon flight. In addition, we are always attentive to external factors such as weather or wind direction to ensure a perfect trip. You just need to follow the safety recommendations at all times and the experience of our team will be enough to make your ride in Teotihuacan pleasant, magical, and risk-free.

CAN I MAKE THE FLIGHT IN THE AFTERNOON?
No, all flights are in the morning. 
We make you get up early for a very important reason: Your safety.

The right time to fly is during the early hours of the morning, approximately from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. since the ideal temperature (unaltered by the onset of the warming of the atmosphere) and the light wind are excellent elements for a safe balloon flight.
Pilots should avoid flying while there are drafts, strong winds or rain and this happens exclusively at this time of day, balloon flights around the world take place at this time, however we assure you that it is worth getting up early!

DO YOU FEEL SEASICKNESS ON THE FLIGHT?
While definitely feeling nervous before the balloon flight is totally normal, there's nothing more amazing than floating in a hot air balloon and seeing the mystical landscape of Teotihuacan. The least you will feel will be vertigo, nausea or some other uncomfortable symptom, because the beauty of the landscape and the security that our entire team will give you with their experience, will be enough for you to enjoy the hot air balloon ride and land totally delighted. Flying is wonderful, it gives you an incredible feeling of peace, romanticism, freedom, and why not say it, happiness. It's worth living!
