The fifth summit of Mexico is a mountain with a great diversity of landscapes, since we start in the wooded area with a quiet walk that we will enjoy its sights, aromas and sounds, ahead the landscape will change drastically, because we will leave the forest and it will begin to have little vegetation, mainly grasses and thistles, and arriving at the rocky area we will be located at the top

Additional information

Prior to the excursion

• Drinking plenty of water the day before
• Eat carbs for dinner
• Arrive well rested
• Do not drink alcoholic beverages 24 hours before
• Have a good breakfast on the day of the excursion (food not heavy on the stomach)

For the excursion

• Hiking boots (previously worn, with large tread soles)
• Thick long socks preferably wool
• Comfortable walking pants and warm
• Nylon or synthetic fiber shirt
• Thick jacket
• Raincoat
• Hat for the cold
• Minimum 30 blocker
• Sunglasses with UV protection
• Gloves

For the return

• Towel
• Complete change of clothes (t-shirt, pants, underwear, socks)
• Tennis shoes or sandals
• Sweatshirt or Jacket

Itinerary

1. Meeting: 7 am (15 minutes tolerance)]
2. We set out on the road to the mountains
3. We arrive and get ready for the tour: 9 am (depending on traffic)
4. Preliminary indications given by our guide
5. We start our tour: 9:15 am
6. We end our tour: 4 pm (depending on the pace of the group)
7. Lunch on our own: 5 pm
8. We arrive back at the meeting point: 8 pm
