Enjoy an extraordinary culinary experience with Texas-style smoked meats, guided by Chef-Somm Javier De la Torre. At KÜA, we aim to provide you with the best experience possible. This event takes place wherever we can cook and gather. You'll taste special recipes, learn how to prepare them from the Chef, and receive pairing suggestions from the Sommelier to elevate the experience.

1st Course
- Organic beef broth - To whet the appetite
2nd Course
- Pork sausage smoked for 3 hours - Coleslaw
3rd Course (2 options)
- Option 1: Beef brisket smoked for 15 hours
- Option 2: Pulled pork sandwich smoked for 8 hours - BBQ sauce
Dessert
- Apple pie with vanilla ice cream

- Craft beer
- Red wine

Itinerary
- Guests' reception at the agreed time, creating a comfortable and cozy atmosphere

- The Chef-Somm guides the experience, explaining and marking the times, as well as the pairing
