100% recomendado, te toma entre 2-3 horas. Haces todo el proceso desde 0 y es muy divertido. Nos tocó Ale como chef y nos encantó, nos contó mucha historia y datos culturales detrás del proceso. Puedes ir tomando vinito con tus amigos y pasar un buen rato, lo más padre es poderte comer todo al final, no es broma es la pasta más rica que he probado. Pasta fresca y recetas deliciosas :)
