Cooking with an Italian chef [Private Group]

Experience a unique culinary adventure where you will learn to make fresh pasta from scratch with an Italian chef who will share a piece of Italian culture and sauces that cannot be found in the market.

This is a gathering where you will find all the elements to learn how to make pasta dough, including bowls, machines to roll out the dough, raw materials, hats, and aprons.

We start by kneading and making Fettuccine while also enjoying cheeses, cold cuts, and bottles of red wine. After finishing the pasta, you will sit at your table and dine on your creation with an original Italian “amatriciana” sauce (Italian diced tomatoes, Pecorino Romano cheese, slightly spicy peperoncino, and guanciale/smoked bacon) prepared by the chef. At the end, you will also enjoy a dessert of pastry cream (the original Italian) with chocolate and vanilla cookies. Buon appetito!

The price (includes VAT) per participant:

• 8-9 people: $1,500
• 10-20 people: 10% discount
• 21-50 people: 15% discount

15 minutes of tolerance is offered before and after the event; if these terms are not respected, an additional $1,000 will be charged.

Reservations made 72 hours before the experience will be subject to the availability of the location and the experience provider. In case the experience cannot be held, we will make a full refund of the amount paid within no more than 10 business days.
